I don't know this girl but just because she played on a couple AAU team means very little. So her parents paid a team to let her play doesn't mean a whole lot. AAU basketball sometimes to parents is used like their kids have extraordinary skills since they made a team. Sometimes you have to get past the fact that your child didn't excel enough in a program and maybe their life goal should be a little bit more different than playing basketball.
