Rand Paul was certainly more qualified that was his opponent, Conway. Conway was another of your candidates who is the unqualified offspring of a rich father who couldn't get himself elected.

You can be as partisan as you want but there is no way you can spin that sweet Alison is qualified for the senate. She isn't qualified for the job she has but we all know that most of those constitutional offices are run by the longtime employees who are there. Those elected normally know to stay out of the way.
