Swagger has the patriot lock in on Del Rio...Del Rio keeps saying no when ref ask him if he wants to quit...Ricardo Rodrigues gonna throw in the towel but Del Rio tells Ricardo not too..Ricardo turns his back Zeb Colter sneaks up and throws in Del Rio's towel...Ref sees it and thinks Ricardo threw it in (when it was really Zeb Colter)...Swagger thinks he's won, another ref comes down and talks to the match ref...the match ref goes to the time keeper and looks at the monitor for replay and sees Zeb throwing in Del Rio's towel...match ref says if Del Rio can continue the match will re-start...Del Rio says he continues....Match is re-started

Del Rio makes Swagger say "I Quit" with cross armbreaker...Del Rio is your winner and #1 contender
