Have heard from 3 different people that the old coal company here in Estill (South East Coal) might be opening back up...2 of them came from 2 different parents to kids that go to school and play sports here and the other one came from someone who went and talked to Southeast Coal Company and applied for a job..If it does turn out to be true and opens up then that will open a lot of jobs and could possibly bring some talent in.


I'm actually glad Zaga made this thread. Looking forward to seeing what's going on in our region

Honestly I'm curious in what moves hazard and perry will make. I know whats going on with chs and some what kcc. But perry and hazard definitely need to bring someone in with all that's going on.

We're all curious about what's going to happen. With the exception of the first couple of guys on this thread, I guess.
