Julian Tackett tweeted that the Board of Control approved moving the state championship game to Sunday night.

Here's the news release: 4/15/13 - BOARD OF CONTROL APPROVES MOVING KHSAA SWEET 16® FINALS TO SUNDAY

The schedule changed this past year because of UK's game against Florida, but it sounded like the coaches and a number of fans liked the setup more than the 2 games Saturday format.
