Here is the reason for Welch being at QB...Ratliff is too slow to run the offense that Coach Matney has in place!!!
I coulnt have said he reason any better. Matney like to run the option and Ratliff is too slow and doesnt have to footwork to run it. I look for Ian to be the Qb and have a good year...
