I would like to see the 15th go to a all in Regional tournament. Do away with those home court advantages, and have a "Sweet 16 " of their own at the EXPO.... You could seed the teams, and get sponsors so every school could make $$$... I believe the young people and fans would really enjoy the fun it would generate.....
