I was told by a referee friend of mine that during the Keith era coach Keith made it known that if you were calling a big Clay Co game and you called it the way Coach Keith wanted, a new suit would be waiting for you at Dobson and Keith clothing store. My friend said he never accepted the suit but his officiating partner sure did.
