Thomas originally signed with Minnesota (in high school) and played for two years.
He never played at EKU. He hurt his back.

Many places say Thomas appeared in ONE game for EKU in the 1998-99 season.
He didn't play anywhere in 1997-98 (transfer year? injury?).

Yup. Found it.
Thomas played for EKU on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1998. A 61-56 loss to Georgia State.
Played 18 minutes of the bench that game and scored two points, going 1-for-6 from the field.

As a Minnesota sophomore, he played in every game but one. Never started. Averaged 14.6 minutes and 7.0 points per game. High game (points wise) was 14.
