I could care less about whether a team seeds or draws for district play. But what does that do to teams like Leslie County or Buckhorn when Hazard and Perry All Stars make it to the Region every year? We live in Eastern Kentucky, the most beautiful place I have ever seen. We are prideful people who choose to live in a place that never gets any respect from the world at large or even the rest of the state that we call home. High school sports give us that chance to be extra prideful in the place that we call home. If a Leslie or Buckhorn can get to the region a little more often and have the chance to shock the world and make the smiles on the folks of Hyden and Buckhorn a little wider, Im all for it. If you can't see that TRUTH brother, what does it matter.
