Knott County strength of schedule hurts them on here, reason paris,allen cent, magoffin county these teams kill your strength of schedule also jenkins,jbs,cordia i know they have to play these teams but if you think your going to have a good team playing these non district teams like these kill you in the ratings, The reason perry up there is their schedule they dont play leslie,buckhorn, the teams you play outside the region helps your ratings, Thats why perry is ahead of hazard because their strength of schedule. know does that mean perry better than hazard NO. but by years end cantrell is very close. hes close every year by the state rankings. their going to be upsets.

PCC has opted not to play Buckhorn for a couple of years. Don't think it was for fear of the Cantrell rating, either.

For the record, Cantrell's end of regular season ratings for 2011-12 had PCC 6th in the state and Buckhorn 6th in the region.
