People forget what he accomplished in following a Danville legend in Tom Duffy:

He won State Titles in four of his first 7 seasons with some of the best 2A teams to ever win a state title.

He won 42 games in a row from '91 to '93 and 57 out of 58 from '91 through '94. :Thumbs:

He was three times State runner-up as well. That's 10 trips to the finals and 7 titles.

A little bit more info within that, but he won State Championships in 3 different decades. THAT is what's so impressive.

He might be the only coach in the state of KY to win state championships in 3 different decades at the same school?

The only others that might fall into that category are Jack Morris @ Mayfield and Schneider @ NewCath. Unless Schneider won titles in the 70's at NewCath, then that excludes him bc they didn't win any in the 90's, right?
