The San Antonio Spurs were fined $250,000 by the NBA last week for sending Parker, Ginobili, and Duncan home to rest while the remainder of the team suited up to play the Miami Heat on the road. Below is an article on the new issue that could have an impact on the Spurs. Your thoughts?
