What your describing sounds a lot like some of the stories she's shared about allergic reaction to medications. It is my sincere hope it is a medication, a world without dairy I simply cannot envision. A lot of folks are allergic to penicillin. I was as a kid and have grown out of it since. And don't sweat it if you have medication allergies there are always alternatives that can be prescribed for pain and antibiotics. Just will take some trial and error to determine what.
