Here's the obvious problem with that statement about only having 11 starters, that is just not working to find them. We are a 1a school and we have at least 16 starters. If you area 5a school you have probably 3 times as many boys in your school. You have to project pride into that football program and they will come. Go rob from the soccer program for a kicker or two. Rob from the bball program for a receiver or two. Then find some of these big kids wandering the halls and tell them about how much of a difference they could make in the football program to make it win. They will maybe feel wanted and then come out for the team. Then start winning. If at first you have to pad the schedule, so be it. The trick is to not pad it more thand 2 years. Then you have kids interested because you are winning.

Not to be mean but concise. You don't know what you're talking about and I don't have the time to waste explaining something to you that you probably will never agree with, oh great one.
