So what? They're in the state semi-finals. If they win this week and next they'll be state champs. Who cares about quality wins at that point? This isn't the BCS.

I agree with you here. I think both teams are riding high on 7 game win streaks, and both should be confident going into Friday. NCC lost to very good competition for the most part (not sure about Holmes but according to KHSAA the game was called early). Both teams have had ups and downs and are the top two teams in 2a in my opinion. The Jumpers are thankful for their next 48 minutes and hopefully they take advantage of the opportunity they have before them.
