RICHMOND, Ky. â Eastern Kentucky Universityâs menâs basketball team has been picked to finish fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference East Division this season in a poll conducted by the leagueâs head coaches and media relations contacts. The OVC is debuting its divisional format this season.
