Ill be the first to say Monster has no fault in this.
If anybody should be tried, it should be the parents for letting the kid get ahold of it.
Just looking for money. Call me cold hearted if you wish, but there is no reason a young girl needs caffeine period, its the same reason Ky and WV kids' teeth are rotting from Mt. Dew.
Pretty soon you'll have to be 18 to by any and all energy drinks.
