It's said that the Cubs will active on the FA Market this winter. They only have $40 Mil committed to four players.


They did acquire a minor league player earlier today from the Tigers to complete the Jeff Baker trade back in August. Tigers then sent Baker to Atlanta, four weeks after they acquired him
