Whittle's critics should be silenced atleast for this next week. 11/20 passing for 281 yards, 4 touchdowns and no picks. Also had about 30 rush yards with a rushing touchdown. He had a hand in all five touchdowns. This was the balanced offense Boyle has been looking for. This game could have been much closer, but some penalties cost Dixie.

Granted, it was against Dixie, and not a team like John Hardin or Highlands, but this was definitely a huge step back in the right direction for Boyle. They still need to get better at tackling on defense, however. Way too many missed tackles for Boyle
