I think they need a new coach.

If the coach drags the team down then the players won't perform to their potential. In the past I have said that motivational "downs" are acceptable but this is not.

However, I don't see her resigning or retiring anytime soon.

And next year, they'll have just as much potential to go state as they did this year. All that needs to happen is the replacement of Tussey.
