I was sitting in my office and a co-worker came around the corner to say a plane hit one of the world trade towers. In just thinking that it was an accident, we started following the story on the internet. That was when reports came in of another plane crashing the towers. I had a small TV in my desk that I pulled out and we began watching the coverage.

It wasn't long after that UK hospital was placed on lock down as a threat had been made against multiple hospitals so we just sat in our office and tried to wrap our head around everything that was happening.

I found it difficult the next day to go on with my daily routine. To this day I still have trouble accepting that it actually happened.
