A few tiny differences here! Justice brought his own family with him not someone elses and he was an 8th grader and hadn't established his eligibility yet,not defending it just stateing the facts. The move to Hazard from Inez a major change??? What is their Wal Mart a super Wal Mart and Inez a regular wal Mart...C'mon it's not like this was a move to a metropolis for the betterment of their family,it is without a doubt a move for athletic purposes but good luck trying to prove it!

As far as I know, the rule says if the parents move and it's a bonafide change of address, which it is, because the mom now works here in hazard, how in the world can they say the kid is ineligible? parents move, the kid has to move or stay and live with someone else in Inez, not going to happen!
