Uh, don't you mean they laid down because they couldn't stand up when Prestonsburg started playing in the 2nd through the 4th quarters? PCC didn't give anything to Prestonsburg. The Cats gave PCC the whole first quarter and 12 points and then they started playing and took the game back. PCC had no control when the young cats started tackling and playing offense. If you thought the 1st quarter looked like a blowout, how did you like the 4th?

PCC may be playing for pride because, they got clobbered by a 2A school with a bunch of guys who were in 8th grade last year and a Sophomore quarterback among others.

Also, clobbered isn't the word I would use, considering it took you until the last minute of the game to take the lead, I would reserve 'clobber' for beating someone 56-0, not 27-24. Also, the playing for more than a W part is more of an internal matter I don't want to jump into. It has nothing to do with last weeks game or football at all for that matter, and that's all I have to say about it.
