I'll even take this argument a couple steps further. Seeing as how during this time frame dating back to the 2006 season Bell has never played Belfry or Breathitt, I think it is more than fair to examine "who did they beat" for all teams involved.

I made a list of the quality wins of these programs during this time frame and only included household names with rich traditions, or teams who during this time have won a State Title. In other words, even though Pike Central, Sheldon Clark, Knox Central, and Lafayette have fielded some very good teams during this time frame, I am not including them:

To make the argument of "until they lose they are ranked ahead" when they have not played head to head would be as asinine as saying "Until Bell proves they can reach the Finals in the new 3A they cannot be ranked ahead of Belfry and Breathitt who have".

It is a mutually exclusive statement.
