Obviously the coaching in Sac-Town is awful. They have Tyreke, DMC and the new Isaiah Thomas. All three were either Rookie of the Year or were in the top 3 voting. (DMC would have won if Blake Griffin's 2nd season wouldn't have counted as a rookie season.) The talent is there but the coaching carousel is killing the team.

Case in point, when Rick Adelman was head coach, he took a team with Ron Artest as its best player to the playoffs. This team has three players better, right now, than Ron Artest.

I have always said that if I had $7 million in a season to spend, I would spend it on a coach before a player. The NBA has rules that a certain amount must be spent on players, no rule about coaches. Paul West-fail (Westphal) and coach small-ball (current coach) are just terrible. I give coach small-ball a chance but if someone better is available get them!
