Okay, here is my start:

My base offensive formation would be Divide (Gun) Twins (Open--in other words Split). This is one b$%@ of a formation to defense--regardless of the defensive alignment. Plus, you have the passing game built in, and the counter (HB and QB). You can also run QB Iso's (which is a great change up to the counter). Very tough for zone (you can run everywhere), and very tough for man or disguised coverage (unless you have 11 all state athletes on the field.

Defensively: 35 pressure (naturally--if you have the speed to run it). Again, you can disguise in and out of the 53 with ease. You have numerous pressure packages (without giving up your pass coverages). You can play combo man/zone, spy, etc. But the real beauty is that it is so uncommon, kids have a hard time picking up their assignments.
