I found an old copy of the Pikeville High School Athletic Handbook (updated through the 2002 school year). According to that, at the time, Coleman was the all-time leader with 23 wins. I didn't know if that would help clarify anything or not, just found it to be relevant.

Just curious why you would have Pikeville paraphenalia,
