I was wondering the same....maybe it is because with us winning the Championship last year, the recruits do not want to be compared to that team......or maybe these kids just want to get their year out of the way and do not care about championships...

Agreed! Anytime you succeed somebody great, you are going to be compared to that person. The same with somebody bad. For example, I think of Tubby Smith with UK basketball. Tubby had the tough, tough job of succeeding Rick Pitino. People compared his success to Pitino's success and it was hard to keep up. Pitino came in after Eddie Sutton. Pitino is a legend at Kentucky and what he did was amazing, but had somebody come in and not done as good as Pitino did they would still be looked at pretty highly because they came in after Eddie Sutton, who nearly ran UK basketball into the ground.
