^ I think it has a lot to do with being remembered for getting that school a Title! This UK class will be remembered for decades because they are the names who helped UK get a title after a 14 year dry spell. So, is it cool anymore for those guys that are only going to be around for one year and truly have no long term connection with the school. So, the Class that helps UCLA win a title will be immortalized at UCLA when that happens, more so than if they kids came to UK and helped them win another title. We as fans don't want to accept that, but I truly think this is coming into play with today's young superstars. Once UCLA wins, then the future kids won't have a desire to go to UCLA. It's just going to be a cycle.

Now, all that said, UK is NOT falling off. That's not my point. My point is that we will still get the GREAT players, but we may not see what we had the last three years where we got ALL of the BLUE CHIP guys.
