This looks good to me, but what does it do to the 53rd by moving Jenkins out?

I say if you can't break up the two 3 team districts in Pike Co. by moving some others in you move Pikeville out to the 58th and leave Piarist out of the equation altogether. Consolidate the 59th/60th and make that a 5 team district, the 58th then becomes a 5 team district and the 57th remains a 5 team district. Regional tournament would have to be a seeded tournament with 1 and 2 seeds getting a bye to the second round though... since it would be a 6 team region.

I don't like the idea of a 5 team district myself and I know this would never happen since the 15th would be the only 6 team regional, but that would have to be better than two 3 team districts that guarantee 4 Pike Co. teams going to region year in and year out. Smile
