We can't have a one party political system and remain free. Checks and balances will be dissolved away by overloading the the supreme court, with liberal justices along with these unelected Agency Czars that have enormous authority to do the bidding of their appointer-in-chief. The totalitarian state is not the stuff of a free people, governed by the people.
