Since some coaches think they have to take seniors because there seniors, or players just to make some parents happy why don't they let the other coaches choose and you can't pick for your own team. Also their is no limit to what a team can have. Everyone knows that coaches pick them and this causes major friction between the entire team. Fix it or get rid of it.
