MSJ is NCAA Division III, and as such, does not give athletix scholarships. They can award need-based financial aid, but it would have nothing to do with athletic ability.

Not sure about signing a LOI for NAIA (Pikeville College, Campbellsville, Lindsey Wilson, Georgetown, etc), but there is no LOI for Division III.
