Remember when back in 2009, Obama wanted to loan a large Brazilian oil company 2 billion dollars to help finance their off shore drilling operations when he had placed a moratorium on off shore drilling here in the U.S.?

Remember when he told Brazil that we would be their best costumers?

Last month Obama visited Brazil to place a bid on their oil, offering loans and other support to develop the oil in an "environmentally responsible matter,". It appears now that Brazil has signed a contract with Chinia to purchase a large portion of their oil.
