This is going to be a tough one but I'm giving Clark the home court advantage. All the games between these two are going to be a war and may come down to the home court advantage. However they are only 30 minutes apart so both sides will be reperesented well. I'm calling it right now these two teams will meet for a spot in The Sweet 16.

Believe right now that these are the top two teams in the 10th. They very well could meet in the finals of the region, as they are in the same district and will have to be in opposite brackets in the region.
