Should referees come from different parts of the state come tournament time?

Mine is more in reference to football where things are much harder to see with so many people on the field. If a player or team has a tendency to push off during routes, hold, or such those are sometimes very questionable calls, and if a player has been known to do this over and over and over then the flag will more likely be used. I notice that NKY officials in football tend to throw a lot more defensive penalties (face mask, offsides, pass interference) than offensive penalties (false start, holding, delay of game) than EKY officials. I just don't think it's good for the players who have had a couple groups over them all year and have adjusted to that style of gameplay to please the officials to have a different crew come in who may call the game completely differently.

I'm not saying that either set of officials is better than the other, but I hated as a player to have to all of a sudden change my entire style of play because the officials call the game differently.

Also, why should they bring in other officials? They're supposed to be unbiased. If they're not, the governing body should step in take action to dismiss those officials who will not call a game fairly to all teams against all opponents. So, if all of the officials are calling the game unbiasedly, why bring in officials from a few hours away? All that is going to do is possibly lower their quality to perform their action because of the fatigue of the drive, just as it has been known to do to a team that has to travel a long distance to an away game.
