Trinity 60, Lakota West 47: Darryl Hicks had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Shamrocks (8-2) over the Firebirds (4-1) from West Chester, Ohio.

Trinity held Lakota West to 15.4 percent shooting (4 of 26) to take a 26-11 halftime lead. The Firebirds finished at 29.3 percent (17 of 58).

“We really played hard in the first half and did a nice job on the boards, too,” said Shamrocks coach Mike Szabo, whose team won the rebounding battle 38-29.

Nathan Dieudonne (14 points, eight rebounds, four assists) and James Quick (12 points, seven rebounds) also had big nights for Trinity.
