Pikeville fell to Russell 50-47 at Paul Dunbar, despite outrebounding the Lady Devils 59 to 32. Sophomore forward Hope Parsley scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Russell, while Lindsey Isner posted a double-double for Pikeville with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
