Highlands junior forward Leah Schaefer scored 16 points and pulled down seven rebounds. South Oldham was led by senior University of Cincinnati recruit Jasmine Whitfield, who led all scorers with 23 points. Whitfield connected on nine of South Oldham's 21 made free throws (32 attempts). Highlands converted on three of its five free-throw attempts.
