Yeah, congratulations! You guys did earn that one. And we kicked your asses out of the tournament the following year, as FBALL said, on the way to the final four. Oh yeah, and two years ago you lost to Billy Gillispie for crying out loud. His legendary coaching led UK to a 54-42 to win over WVU in one of the regular season tournaments. He was probably drunk when he was coaching that game for crying out loud.

Given the historical rate WVU has of getting to the final four, I'll be rooting for you to do it again if I'm still alive in 2061. There's already a support group for that special future team on Facebook, you should join it.


The last time we played in football was 1983 with WVU winning the Hall of Fame Bowl vs UK. The last regular season game between WVU and UK was in 1979 with WVU winning that game. :lmao:
