I played at a small NAIA school. Trinity could beat the Freshmen but that is not the question. In a real game they would be playing guys who have had 4 sometimes five years to train physically and hone skills. No contest. Those 10 or 12 D1 recruits in most cases will red shirt and then not see much action in their Freshmen year. Keep in mind the difference between a good NAIA player and a D1 average player is usually 2 inches, a couple tenths on a 40 and 20 or 30 pounds on key lifts. That difference would be eliminated in such a game.

Still, they are good enough to make people ask this question. That is pretty good.
