If the ball swapping wasn't a part of a strategy for Pulaski County then it was effective nonetheless. I know Central didn't do it every single play.
Again, the major complaint I was putting out there was that the refs didn't know what a playclock was. "Some people feel the need to complain about something all the time", you'll forgive me if it pisses me off to see a ball set ready for play at 5:10 and at 4:35 the refs still haven't called a delay of game. Just thought it was ridiculous.
