So it's an AAU team? Most other sports do cut players. But those other sports also have other leagues they can join (Example being baseball. If a player is cut, they can still play Babe Ruth or Cal Ripken leagues...Basketball players can play Upward leagues or AAU) Are there other leagues that the cut football players in that area can play? If not, that's a shame. To some players, football is all they have. On some occasions, football is what keeps kids successful in the classroom. Without the pigskin, the motivation to get good grades would be eliminated for some. We take pride in our scout team here. Our bench players could beat the majority of our schedule, honestly. They are a VERY big part in our team success and we let them know that everyday.
