The 15th Region is going to be loaded with young talent for the next 4 years. I don't see anyone "steamrolling" the 15th Region, way too much competition.

Disagree. I think that the young talent circulating through valley is enough to handle any team in the region in some of the future years. This year, not so much. I thought the exactly same thing last year. But get these kids a little more experiecnce then they will be fine. I am not disputing that there is young talent in the region. But you have to agree that Valley has a "collection" of young talent.
The region will be competitive but Valley should be on top by a bit. But like I said, this is still a little bit away.
