I disagree. The 7th has Trinity, Ballard, Eastern, Manual and Central as thier top 4 teams, while the 6th has Bullitt East, Moore, PRP and J-town as thier top 4 teams. I would rank the 7th over the 6th and this year actually rank the 6th over the 11th.
