Knox County, Johnson County, Rowan County and Bell County got the top four spots. With Johnson ranked two, Boyd had to be ranked six. Boyd must have played a lot of division 3 small schools.

Boyd played East Carter, Johnson County, Coal Grove (OH), Fort Gay (WV), Ceredo-Kenova (WV), Lawrence County, Greenup County, Raceland, Verity, & Martin County. The last 5 are all conference games. My guess is Boyd County didn't get a higher seed because of the out of state games. How many points do you get for those?
