I'm assuming this guy is basicing LCC being 3rd by their good performance in the 14th region touranment last season. They also return everyone but Roark but I dont think the Cougars are the 3rd best team in the 14th.
Knott Central at 5? I would love to know more bout that.
Switch those two, and IMO it would be a good preseason-ranking.
Everyone has their own opinion. However, I'm guessing this guy dont get over to the 14th that much.
