The Johnson County school board has picked a new superintendent.
The Big Sandy News reports Steve Trimble will replace the late Orville Hamilton.
Hamilton's brother, Frank, had served as interim superintendent since Orville's death and was one of the finalists to replace his brother.
Trimble was principal at Johnson Central High School for several years and was named assistant superintendent last summer.
