Not as ignorant as you might think and connected to individuals involved more then you will ever know. I sure everyone in Pike County as well as many other states finds the comments about Pikeville being innocent and never being involved in any questionable transfers extremely hilarious. I may have overstated as far as numbers but those transfers didn't magically come here out of the blue. I sure running backs that rushed over a 1000 yards was not a big help in winning state titles. Yes, and there was always rumors about "housing". When it comes to laying the hammer down on schools, it seems to be pattern that its more politically correct to hammer down on county schools then on smaller independent schools with rich and politically connected boosters who can get parents jobs, find housing, and makes problems go away.

Every bit as ignorant as I might think. I have lived in Pikeville my whole life and know every player on those teams. You are way off base and have now been called out on your false claims. Pikeville has had trouble with one transfer in their history that I can recall and the player wasn't even one of the top players on his team that year. But feel free to actually back your claim up with any "facts" you might have. Until then you continue to have ZERO credibility on the subject.

One more thing to add to PHS Forever's post. B. Deramus's mother lived in Pikeville for many years before he came to live with her.

Now give some names and facts to back up your crazy claims or just admit what we already know, that you don't know what you're talking about.

Pure and simple, 95%+ of the Pikeville championship teams were made up of born and raised Pikeville boys. :dontthink
